Together with the Austrian UNESCO Commission we developed a new, bilingual publication to portray the 10 UNESCO Chairs in Austria and introduce their various projects at Austrian Universities and around the globe to a wider public.
The UNESCO Chairs programme has been started in 1992 to support international and inter-institutional networking and cooperations between academic institutions to strengthen the aims and principles of the UNESCO at Universities globally.
At the moment there are 10 out of 850 UNESCO Chairs located at Austrian Institutions.
The English and the German version of the brochure are linked by a folded cover, which means that they can be read from both sides.
The defining design-element is the circle or meridian, which symbolises the worldwide connection of the UNESCO Chairs.

For the university project Meeting Tokyo‘s Creatives we met photographer Takashi Homma in his studio for an Interview about his work and philosophy. Inspired by his recent series Tokyo Obscura shot in an elaborate camera-obscura-technique we designed this booklet, using strong graphic and typographic contrasts.

Orientation-Folder for the diploma presentations (summer semester 2019) at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. The folding technique was inspired by the University’s orientation system in front of the main entrance: a sculpture with paperlike folding edges.
In October 2015 the class for Graphic Design and Advertising took part in the VIENNA+TOKYO students exchange exhibition. The task was to design posters referring to the overall topic: “Aging Population”.
This interactive poster was designed to raise awareness for the problem of “Ageism” (= discrimination of the elderly). It shows the most common prejudices against seniors. By pulling off the paper strips and tearing apart the keywords, the counterarguments are revealed.
